Aston Barclay has announced that it is extending its opening hours as a result of the growing volumes of used cars and LCVs coming back into the market and an influx in new vendor wins.
Five Aston Barclay centres are now open from 7.30am to 6pm, with its Chelmsford site open even later to accommodate its evening sales programme. In addition, higher-volume sites in Chelmsford and Wakefield are also now open from 8am to 1pm on a Saturday.
The increase in opening hours will allow for more vehicles to be dropped off and collected at each site, enhancing speed and convenience for buyers.
“Since the start of the year, we’ve experienced an increase in vehicles sale volumes, so we have now extended our operational hours across our six sites to meet this growing demand,” explained Mark Blakelock, Aston Barclay’s director of operations.
“It also responds to feedback from transport providers that an extension in opening hours would help take into account their increased workloads,” he added.
