The Tesla Model Y Hatchback bags 9th place on our leaderboard. Surprisingly the popular Tesla Model Y moves down to 9th from 3rd favourite last month at Aston Barclay. This Tesla model is known as the family-friendly option. It has the spaciousness of an SUV combined with the sleek, modern design they are known for. It is available in several trims, including long-range and performance.
The Peugeot E-2008 Electric Estate takes 8th place this month, a model never seen before on the leaderboard until now. This SUV has a robust and assertive design, with immediate acceleration and a range of up to 250 miles.
Taking 7th place, is the Toyota Corolla Touring Sports Hybrid, a versatile and efficient estate car, designed for families and commuters that require the extra space. Mercedes-Benz had a fantastic month with another one of their electric models coming in at 6th place - The Mercedes-Benz EQC Estate is an all-electric luxury SUV, part of Mercedes' EQ lineup, which focuses on electric mobility.
The Volkswagen ID.3 Hatchback comes in 5th place this month, a fully electric compact car with impressive range and the practicality of a hatchback, it is designed for those who are looking to make the switch to full electric without compromising on style or usability.
In fourth place the Mercedes-Benz EQA Hatchback electric had a great month, moving up from 10th place. An all-electric compact SUV that blends the luxury and sophistication of the Mercedes-Benz brand with cutting-edge electric vehicle technology. This EV offers between 260-346 miles range with standard AC charging (11kW) for home or workplaces, with full battery replenishment in 6-7 hours.
In second and third place Nissan takes all with their Qashqai Hatchback Hybrid and the fully electric Nissan Leaf. Moving up in the ranks from fourth and fifth last month, the Qashqai continues to set benchmarks in its segment, and the hybrid version enhances its appeal by offering low emissions and better fuel economy without compromising performance. The Nissan Leaf has been an accessible and practical entry into the world of zero-emission driving, it is known for its reliability, user-friendly design, and affordability.
The biggest seller, taking the top spot for a second time this year, was the Tesla Model 3 Saloon full electric. It’s not surprising as this vehicle can go up to 436 miles on one single charge and you can add up to 175 miles in just 15 minutes at one of Tesla’s 60,000+ global superchargers. This particular Tesla model is at the forefront of the electric revolution and comes in 1st place.
