Campaign Terms and Conditions for "Zenith 12 days of Christmas" Incentive Scheme
Overview
To celebrate the festive period we’re offering buyers three extra-special incentives that get involved with our Zenith December events.
Throughout December, buy one of more vehicles at each of our 11 live events to receive a huge 20% discount on January transport fees AND 10 FREE online transaction charge exemptions to use in January 2025!
PLUS when you buy any Zenith vehicle from one of our featured 12 Sales of Christmas events you can take advantage of FREE storage over the Christmas period!
1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Zenith 12 days of Christmas incentive scheme ("Scheme") which is operated by Aston Barclay ("we", "us", or "our").
1.2. By participating in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Scheme is open to Aston Barclay buyers only who have bought Zenith vehicles on specific dates
2.2. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants
3. Incentives
3.1. 20% discount on January transport fees and 10 free online transaction charge exemptions
3.2. When you buy one or more vehicles at each of the 11 live Zenith events you will qualify for a 20% reduction on all vehicle transport fees purchased in January 2025 (this applies to live auction purchases), you will also receive 10 Free online transaction charge exemptions to use in January 2025.
3.3 Discount on standard transport fees only, buyers with bespoke transport contracts/terms with Aston Barclay exempt from discount.
3.4 To quality for discounted transport fees and 10 free online transaction charge exemptions, one or more Zenith vehicles must be bought at each sale on the schedule below (with the exception of E-Xchange sales)
3.5 Discounted transport fees apply from 2nd January to 31st January 2025.
3.6 10x Online transaction charge exemptions expiry on 31st January 2025.
3.7 Free storage over the Christmas period
3.8 When you buy any Zenith vehicle from the Zenith 12 Sales of Christmas events (11 physical auctions and via the Exchange )
3.9 Free vehicle storage applies from 24th December 2024 to 1st January 2025. Standard storage fees resume from 2nd January 2025.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
5.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
5.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
6. Changes to the Terms
6.1. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without notice.
6.2. Participants are advised to check these Terms regularly for any changes.
